Matthew Rosenberg

Matthew Rosenberg is the Executive Managing Director of SPHERECREST  Matt oversees loan advisory and debt origination platform covering loan products nationwide. 

Over the course of his tenured career, Mr. Rosenberg has formed excellent relationships and correspondence with key lenders including small and large cap insurance companies, concentrated net lease balance sheets, national banks, private funds, wealth managers, bridge lenders, and agency GSE lenders (e.g. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), among others. 

Matt has successfully arranged over $1B of debt financing across the United States with a strong focus in the top tier MSA markets. With experience and proven track record across all major asset classes, Matt’s scope of business includes multifamily, mixed-use, student housing, seniors housing, construction and development, shopping and retail centers, office buildings, government leases and flagged hotels. 

Matt focused primarily on building a lender database focused on the most active multifamily, net lease, and commercial lenders across the United States, over 20 years of deep capital relationships.  Matt Served as First Vice President Capital Markets at Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI) overseeing over 50 investment sales agents, across all major property types. Matt was with CB Richard Ellis Inc. Capital Markets Debt & Equity (NYSE: CBG) prior to Marcus & Millichap for approximately five years. He is a graduate of the Fox School of Business and Management at Temple University, where he earned a B.A. degree in Real Estate and Finance.
