Bradley is a Managing Director at SphereCrest Capital.   He is responsible for securing commercial debt and equity financing for an array of property types including multifamily, office , industrial, retail, senior housing, and hospitality.  He is well connected with national, regional and local funding-sourcing including, but not limited to agency lenders (E.g. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), commercial banks, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, private and public funds, SFR & BTR, and hard money lenders nationwide.

 

From Las Vegas, NV, Bradley has a broad personal and professional network of origination partners and deal sponsors (RIA's, Retail & Institutional Investors, Family offices, High Net worth Individuals).

Bradley earned his bachelors degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), a graduate certificate in New Venture Management from UNLV, and a masters degree in Real Estate Finance & Investments from New York University (NYU).
